At PPDNews.us, we take our commitment to accuracy, credibility, and transparency seriously across all our categories — Finance, Entertainment, Sports, Politics, Education, Technology, and more. Despite our best efforts, errors may occasionally occur. Here’s how we address and correct them.
Fact-Checking and Editorial Oversight
Our journalists and editors hold the responsibility of reporting, writing, and fact-checking every story we publish. Each article goes through multiple levels of editorial review, depending on its complexity, sensitivity, or time pressure.
We also offer readers a fair opportunity to report inaccuracies through the ‘Suggest A Correction’ feature included at the end of every web story. When such feedback is received, it is reviewed carefully by our editorial team.
Our Correction Policies
PPDNews.us strives for excellence and accuracy. However, we acknowledge that errors can happen. When they do, we take full responsibility for correcting them and ensuring transparency so that incorrect information is not spread.
All corrections will be clearly marked, and an Editor’s Note will be added to the article specifying:
What was incorrect.
What has been changed.
When the change was made.
On PPDNews.us:
If an error is discovered in an article published on our website, it will be corrected promptly. An editor’s note will appear at the bottom of the article to explain what was wrong and when the correction occurred.
On Social Media:
If the article was shared via Facebook, Twitter, or other online platforms controlled by PPDNews.us, a post will be made linking to the corrected article, clearly noting the correction made.
Submission and Review Process
Readers can email us directly at anitaindia56@gmail.com or use the “Suggest a Correction” feature. When submitting, please include:
The article’s headline or link.
Description of the error.
Supporting material, if available.
For example, if a data figure or political statement is incorrect, provide the source or document showing the accurate information.
Once your submission is received:
The Editor-in-Chief will investigate the issue using credible sources — including official records, meeting minutes, journalist notes, and interviews.
If an error is confirmed, corrections will be issued in all formats where the misinformation appeared.
Reader Communication
Once a correction is made, the Editor-in-Chief will contact the person who submitted the correction and inform them of the steps taken to resolve the issue. While every correction request is thoroughly reviewed, please note that not all submissions guarantee a correction — only a review and investigation.
Print (If Applicable):
If incorrect information was published in print (if print editions exist in the future), the correction will appear in a designated corrections section — currently planned for Page 2A of the next print issue.
Our Commitment
We understand the impact our stories can have. That’s why PPDNews.us maintains a high level of editorial diligence and transparency. All parties — including readers, subjects, and sources — can be confident that misinformation will be corrected swiftly and responsibly.
Thank you for trusting PPDNews.us.
